Chesa Studio is an alpine real estate development and restoration practice building and restoring country houses in Connecticut, the Hudson Valley, New York, and Massachusetts. We work from one million dollars up with developers, family offices, private homeowners, architects, and the occasional hotelier between New York, Litchfield County, Greenwich, and Massachusetts. The six services below carry a single discipline across a Greenwich Shingle Style, a Salisbury Federal, a Lombard farmhouse, and a cedar-screened modern house in a Litchfield meadow: hand-troweled lime, fumed oak, fieldstone laid in lime mortar, unlacquered bronze, ceramic stoves, and a named workshop for every fixed material in the house. The idiom is the client's choice. The standard is not.
